What personal information we collect
- When you request a Trial product from ISC, only your email information is stored for a time, along with other information that you may enter. ISC may use this information to follow up with you for assistance and potential orders. The information collected is confidential and will not be shared with anyone else outside our organization unless required by law. If you do not purchase within a period of 1 year, your information will be deleted from our system.
- On a purchase of a product from ISC, your information is collected and stored in our accounting database for future updates, upgrades, and product renewals. When you purchase a product, your credit card information is used for the purchase of the product and it only persists during the time that you are making the purchase on our Online Store pages. After you finish the purchase, the credit card information is destroyed and not retained by us. If, by chance, you leave the page without completing the order, your credit card information may persists in memory for a few minutes.
- If you do not renew your subscription, your information will be retained, for future subscription renewals.
- All of your transactions with our Online Store are over a secure HTTPS (encrypted) line. Communication with our online credit card processor is also encrypted.
How we use your personal information

The personal information we collect allows us to keep you updated on ISC’s latest product announcements, software updates, and upgrades. It also helps us to improve our services, content, and advertising.
Disclosure to Third Parties
We DO NOT disclose any of your personal information to thrid parties, with the exception of processing the processing your credit card information, neither ISC or our the credit card processor retains your private data.

It may be necessary − by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence − for ISC to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate.

ISC takes precautions — including administrative, technical, and physical measures — to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
Integrity and Retention of Personal Information
ISC retains your data so that we may contact you for future updates and billing purposes.
