8/2/2007: We currently have a position open for a Junior Support Analyst.

We are seeking an entry-level software QA and support analyst to assist with product testing and deployment. All candidates should exhibit excellent communication and organizations skills.

Previous software industry experience is a bonus. Intermediate office computer skills are required.

Job responsibilities will include:

• Help develop a test plan for our software that would involve checking all the functionality
• Test the software using the test plan
• Organize volunteer customers to participate in beta testing
• Liaise with the volunteer customers before, during and after beta testing
• Prepare basic content for the user guide
